Ha I had something similar in a GT3RS. The 5 point harness was adjusted for someone much bigger than me, so much that I couldn’t tighten my belts all the way. So I had the bright idea of sliding the seat all the way forward. That fixed the belt tightness issue, but it did a number on my arms and shoulders in one session.

Looks like one of the Drive Exotic type deals, I instructed at one of those a couple of times and they had the same covers on the Ferrari and Lambos they had (no Porsches at the one I did).
Getting in and out of the car is hard on the seats and when you’re cycling dozens/ hundreds of buttock a day you need all the protection you can get.
